EVALUATIONS - NO CHARGE Scheduled evaluations to determine placement for group or semi private lessons only. PAYMENT: Payment for the entire 8 week session is due at or prior to first lesson. Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis by your instructor. DISCOUNTS: Multiple lessons: Riders enrolled in 2 or more lessons per week may deduct 5% from the total registration due. Multiple riders: Families with more than one rider may deduct 5% from the total of combined total registration due. CANCELLATIONS: We request that you call R&F Stables (301 407-0655) 24 hours prior to your lesson for cancellations. If 24 hours is not possible, please call your instructor directly. It is the responsibility of the student to schedule a make-up lesson with the instructor. No lessons will be rolled over to the next session OR deducted from the next registration. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Please call R&F Stables (301 407-0655), press #2, then #6 for cancellations. FORMS: All students must have on file CURRENT registration AND Release forms.
